Irritrol valve change out masters->

with the old hardie/white wire irritrol vlaves I have about a 50% success rate changing out those stuck/not opening valves with new parts..

I'm talking a diaphram inside pin/ top..

any masters out there want to couch me through...

Thank you MR inc.

when you change out white wire-> new irritrol valve what parts do you keep or do you change all parts with new..

I always thought the older inside pin was a shade smaller than the newer pins holding the pressure on top of the solenoid.

Everything , old solenoid /new solenoid dosnt realy swap.

My biggest problem with the old 2400 series valves was a clogged solenoid discharge port due to the hard water down here. As far as rebuild I'd just do the diaphragm, bonnet, and solenoid.

older jartops -> new 2400
