New Tractor!

Just thought id post a thread here to see what everyone thinks of my new machine. Its a Yanmar sc2400 i got a week ago, have had no problems, awesome little machine, the main reasons i got it was the 0% for 72 months, and i needed to replace my 2004 cub cadet 3235.

They used to make the john deere compacts, so yes they do... They made my john deere 4300 that is very reliable, bought it in 99 and it hasn't had any issues so i bought this one.

I know they make most of the stuff for deere, but I did not know they imported their own. Do they have dealers?

They are usually sold by another dealer. Some cub or massey dealers have them or dealers that sell many brands of equipment. Depends on the state...

Very cool, I know most of that stuff is moving to India and China.

May I ask what the thing cost, and does belly mower come off easy?

With tax and all, with what you see in the picture what i bought it with the loader and mower, $16,000 with taxes, not bad when you think about it... JD wanted close to 20. Yes the deck comes off easy. Pull 2 latches and pull the drive shaft off, move it forward and it slides right out. Literally 1 min. or less

ya for a few years Cub Cadet and Yanmar had a partnership where the SCUTS were branded CC/Yanmar. Now they are just Yanmar. We had a dealer about 30 miles away. Nice machines. From what I was told, but it sounds legit... On the small tractors (SCUTS), Yanmar and Kubota are the only ones that 100% make their own stuff. Engine, chasis, transmission.....
