I'm accused of being biased but don't forget to review the Billy Goat DL18, DL25, and DL35 Series if you're considering an upgrade.

We have been using the Billy Goat with a Subaru 27 or 29 (can't remember) for a few years now and can't say one bad word about it. Quite the upgrade from the little 9 or 10 Hp Billygoat we bought many years ago. With the stock hose, we haven't had any clogging (even with wet leaves) and pretty much any house we service uses all men to bring leaves to the street and then all men just to keep up with the machine as it takes up the leaves as quickly as possible. Very impressed!

I have an 18hp monster that I bought new last year. very impressed with the machine overall, lots of power, little issue with clogging even dealing with wet leaves. very similar to the giant-vacs overall (some of the guys from giantvac designed the monsters). I can say that this is an upgrade over a giantvac 16 that I had used prior for sure. there are teeth on the impeller that are supposed to grind the debris more than a smooth impeller would. not sure how much more effective it actually is but the reduction is impressive as is the power.
