In October I started using red armour on the recommentation of the Echo technical guys.

We use about 25 gallon of mix a week. During the winter I cleaned all the ports on 18 trimmers. About 7 are used by trim guys each day all day and all these units are over 5 years old. Usually by mid year I would be getting them in with ports 35% closed.. Got first unit with a recoil problem so I took off the muffler to have a look. The picture isn't clear but the ports was as clean as can be.....just a fyi.

And I use 87 octane.

We've been selling it since it came out two years ago, the guys who use it save a lot on decarboning units. Will eventually clean carbon off old dirty pistons , from what I've seen. A few bucks more from the onset, saves a lot of $'s on the backside.

Is it synthetic, non-synthetic, or a blend?

I don't know nothing except echo tested it and recommended it and
I run it for 7 months and it is better than echo 2 stroke mix.

Sadly I am mixing all the gas this year in 5 gal cans and putting it in the shop for the crews. All our little gas cans are 2 gallon. Next year we throw out all the gas cans and go to 2.5 gal. We bought one of those 15gal tanks and that is a joke trying to get any flow out of it. Worthless unless I put a pump on it.

All our cans are 5 gal.....we go thru 50 to 75 gal mixed every day...
They are pretty good at pouring 2 bottles for 1 can....dont want to confuse them..
