Maybe run one yourself until you get about 25 for that truck? Then add a guy with you until you get to about 50. Then turn him loose alone, then go from there?

Not enough info.

Size of your current crew and mowers used to do 150 houses in one week?

How many days hours does the route take?

How many trucks are you currently running?
How many crews?
Number of guys on each crew?
How many complete sets of equipment do you have to set up another truck?
Lots of variables here.
