Ya hot tea, hot anything to help your throat and the harder you work for me the better I feel. Also wear a hat at night, you will feel better when you wake up and wear a hat whenever you can. The cold virus starts in your head and only at a certain blood temp. If you wear a warm hat every night you most likley will never have a cold. A friends professor in nursing cool taught this, he hadn't had a cold in 20 years doing this.
