F250 leaf box

Hi All
going to be purchasing an SRW F250 and need to know... can I build a leaf box on it for my fall cleanups? I'm moving up from a Tacoma! and don't know much about the bigger trucks. How much can an F250 actually pull/ carry? If I had a leaf box on the truck, I could still safely pull 2,000pound on a trailer (mowers etc) right? Or would it be better to have a 850 pound mower in the truck bed (if they even make ramps for that) and a 5x12 leaf box trailer? Then, where do i put the vac? another 300 pounds either on the front or back of the truck, or on the trailer. so I need suggestions! Any advice, pictures, etc would be helpful. Thanks

i have a 02 2500hd and i put a dump insert in it and towed a 6.5x14' trailer with a wb (32") and a 52" ztr and a push last year with a lesco loader (16hp) on the front section. The truck did struggle with having a box and full of leaves plus the trailer. It pulled it but it did suck some GAS. its rated for 9200 hauling and like 14k towing and the trailer plus equipment maybe 5k and the dump was <1k plus say 3k in leaves roughly.

Its safe to say that you're not going to over do that truck with a leafbox and 5x12.

You will be fine with a leaf box in the truck and that trailer. If you put the leaf box on the trailer and the mower in the truck you will have to drop the trailer every lawn to get the mower out.
