Question on Exmark X-series Deck foot assist

Since my main mower is down, I borrowed a friends Exmark Advantage Series today since I will be in the market for a new mower soon. I've been looking at the brand new Exmark X-Series mowers with EFI. On my friends mower, the pedal to lift the deck is far over to the right and with my longer legs, it's hard to feather the deck when the sticks are forward. On my older Exmark, the pedal is angled more towards the front of the mower and it comes over to the left so it is more in front of me rather than way over on the side. My question is: on the big new Exmarks, is the pedal like my friends or (hopefully) more like mine now. Thanks guys.

Don't forget to adjust the seat all the way back, more leg room.
