Lighting Upgrades

I am curious to know if in your sales efforts, you look for easy upgrades to lighting that are not specifically landscape lighting. The easy remove-and-replace opportunities in the 120v realm.

Such as: installing LED PAR lamps in the soffit fixtures in the back patio ceiling or the front porch ceiling; replacing candelabra lamps with LED in the carriage lanterns on posts or columns, or offering to upgrade the 4ft fluorescent tubes to LED in garages.

And if you are offering this service to your clients, have you been successful? Or if not what is the common objection?

I tread lightly around the "last one who touched it, owns it" rule. I can't legally troubleshoot 120 volt circuits, so im not crazy about putting my hands on anything that I can't repair if the need arises. Yes, it's simple bulb replacement, but it's amazing how those things can come full circle to you if something goes wrong with the socket, fixture or faulty wiring to begin with.
