Super z pro switch problems

2009 super z with 31 kaw. Having problems with the pot clutch not staying engaged. Checked wires and connections for breaks or corrosion and looks fine. Replaced clutch and pto switch but still not right. Runs fine for about 30 min, then stops working a few min. Then starts back. If I throttle down it will usually start back and run at low rpm. Could this be a safety switch issue? I have heard that there are relays that may be bad also. Any help will be appreciated.
