Need some help with blade choice

Hi all, I have been trying to find the best blade for my accounts. A majority are St. Augustine grass, and some are very large bahaia properties. I am located in FL so it is extremely hot (very dry in between rains). I am currently running hi-lift straight blades which seems to work well on the St. Augustine. Much better than the factory Gravely blades (which SUCK on bahaia). I have researched gator blades and I am not sure that is the best fit for me. Is there a blade out there that will cut bahaia grass nicely, and on the first pass? Maybe a medium lift or "sand" blade from what I have seen? I am side discharging, no bagging or mulching. And for the record, I have 17 accounts and sharpen my blades at least twice a week.
