This is huge. I jumped for joy when they broke this ring. They had millions in stolen gear. They put some guys right out of business whrn they took it all. We try to make sure at least one guy is in eyesight of the trailer. All our trailers and ZTRs are GPS tagged. I can check the location on my smart phone or laptop. The trackers are hidden and can't easily be found. Bad part is Florida is notoriously soft on property crimes. We can only hope drugs and guns were involved they will be looking at long mandatory sentences. Nothing I hate more is a thief and taking someones livelyhood makes it tens times worse. Most guys can't afford insurance on their gear. Great job by the economics crime unit.

Ya know....
If the price on Craigslist is too good to be true...it might be stolen...
Tip off your local law enforcement agency...they appreciate the help...
The eqpt you save may be your own....

You mentioned that your ztrs are gps tagged. What have you used for this if you don't mind me asking.

Don't know about him but I use the equipment asset tracker module from www.liveviewgps.com. Waterproof to 3.3 feet of total submersion and only $210.00 a year for 4 pieces of equipment and 3 trailers (they have one specifically for trailers also). They are small and easily hidden.
