Service Autopilot Backup

This is my first month with Service Autopilot. Ive used Groundkeeper for the past 10 yrs. My qurstion to you guys that are using it, how do you back up your data. Im not sure that Im ready to trust any company with all of my data without some sort of backup. If they go out of business, loose the data etc, Im screwed. I know you can synch with quickbooks but as of yet I dont use quickbooks. Would the info on that backup enable you to operate in case of catastrophic failure from Service Autopilot? Loosing data on several hundred customers terrifies me so that I still enter everything into Groundskeeper so I have a hard copy.

Having all of the info on a desktop or laptop that can crash/hit by hackers or virus, be stolen or destroyed by accident terrifies me even more....I use Jobber and have no problems their cloud base systems.

We use Quickbooks and sync ever day or two. It's nice to have the backup, but it really wouldn't bother me much if I didn't. Call them up, I know they have several backups to store everyone's info - I wouldn't worry too much. Like the guy said above, it's actually safer than only on your desktop.

Just but a second hard drive and back it up each day. It's what we do.
