Automatic Recurring Payment

I had a customer call and ask if we could just automatically run his card at the end of every month. I was just curious to see if anyone does this and if so do you have the customer sign something saying that it is okay? Thanks!

Yes...QuickBooks is what I use...you can make a form...cc #, expiration date, billing adress, card type, name as it appears on card, cvs #...etc...
I have lots of customers which do this...zero problem

I require residential customers to fill out the form along with my maintenence agreement...they pay at beginning of month...I have a few which pay at end of month and I just charge their card

can you sign customers up for recurring payments through bank transfer? i would rather do it this way to save on cc transaction fees
