Good luck on your project. Your thinking is good in that the labor "cost" is the same either way - so you might as well use the best materials you can afford. You will be happier long term. Sorry about the rant. I was really thinking 'man, if this guy does not know better he should not be doing this for other people for money.' I understand now and glad you got some useable info from the guys here. You're right that good seed doesn't guarantee anything, nut bad seed does. You're looking for a many years long benefit.
