What exactly are you asking?

You have said that you have to work with what you already have, don't want to use spaghetti line or spend any time on the irrigation.

Unless i missed something, you have some parameters that are a little difficult to work within.

I am looking for a head watering device like a tree bubbler that can be hooked into the drip line using the drip line Tee. A device that will drop 5 gph at least. I thought that maybe somebody might know of a device made by netafin that isn't handled by local JD.

If I need to I will make up a bunch of rings with several emitters that can
be put around the roses.....seems like best solution.

The solution was here....

http://www.rainbird.com/landscape/pr...edBubblers.htm

When time is a factor....smaller watering window= pump water faster or tie zones together...unintended consequences is more runoff
Spagetti tubing blows off..glue as a solution or zip tie?

You don't need special devices - punch-in emitters exist with flows as high as 24 gph

AnD JDl will get anything sold at another JDL for the most part(at least here they will for me). Something from netafim should work for you.

seen it other places like that but not with netafim 12 inch emitter tubing....that would be the simplest solution....though perforating the pipe is permanent and with the screw addon it can be easily capped ...
worried the punch ins might more easily come out when the guys are monkeying around in the beds looking for weeds too...

Ed, why are you even concerned about irrigating these? The lawn irrigation is more than adequate for those roses.

We had to change the lawn to comply with runoff so most beds wasn't watered good enough. We redid beds to be drip because we can water all the time under rules. Unfortnately some beds included two or three other areas of jasmine and mps were used to hold cost down. So the beds with mp only get 1hr a week. And due to limits on total time we have available, can not run longer. That is not enoughh to keep them blooming when temp is at 100F for long periods.

I use this at 2 week schedule.
