Toro Zero Turn Riding Mower Smoking

I recently purchased an almost new Toro riding mower. I have used it less than 10 times to mow my personal yard. We have had a lot of rain and grass was tall and thick. I went over once, leaving grass tall and when I went back over, my mower died, so I moved it to an area that had already been cut, turned the blade back on, went about 10 feet and the motor started smoking. I know absolutely nothing about mowers. This one has worked great until today. Someone told me the blades could be clogged. I'm female and have had very limited experience with mowers. Any ideas? Thanks!

At this point I think I'd probably have better luck finding a needle in a haystack.

When posting a thread about the problems you are having with your equipment it will also benefit you to post all model and specification numbers off your equipment.
Machine problem - machine numbers.
Engine problem - engine numbers.
