Fescue seeded cultivars for seeding

In the process of getting some prices on seed. I always try to find out the varieties in the fescue blend.

Anyone found good varieties that have done better than others? Falcon? Bullseye? Mellinium?

Here in eastern North Carolina it seems it doesn't matter what you seed. It's all gonna look rough in July/August.
