JH580V 19 HP Kawasaki engine

I deally need my forum comrads to verify my engine repair.
Due to the holiday closures, unforgiving stockpile of mowers in for repairs at my dealer, i took it upon myself to prevent 3 days of overlay without a machine being in the fleet.
Discovering that my engine appeared to have blown a head gasket by the excessive oil build up on the block and everywhere, i took a nose dive and changed all 4 gaskets to the engine.
1. 5 hours of my time disassembling the parts and multiple pieces to get the heads off.
2. Setting each heads valve clearance at 0.4 intake and 0.6 exhaust.
3. Each head was done at tap dead center using a screwdriver in each plug port to know if at center.
4. All parts reinstalled back to what appears normal.
Does this seem that i covered all the bases? I have done my blowers and line trimmers several years in a row but never the big mowers. As i stated, time was a factor and needed to get the third mower on the lawns by tomorrow crew start.
How does my day sound?

#2. 0.4 intake?? 0.6 exhaust????? Try .004 - .006 for either, no?
I usually try for .005.

News flash,
I was having issues with the set screws backing out and offsetting the lash.
I consulted a friend who was a me hanic for a dealer that did him wrong. Anyway he walked me through the steps. Didnt even have to do valves at TDC. Them lash was set at 0.6 for intake and exhaust. The engine is quiet as a kiten and runs back at optimum.
