VX4 Deck Leveling ?

I've read several post on leveling the deck and im familiar with the process. However, some say 1/8" higher in rear and some say 1/8" higher in front. Which one is it?? Mowing mostly Southern Turf like Bahia, Bermuda, Etc.....

Thanks.

Never been a fan of having the back lower than the front. It creates a double cutting action and puts a draw on the engine. The front of the deck cuts some grass at the same time the back cuts putting a big load on the system.
This being said I have heard of success of quality of cut when this method is is used.
So how's that for a non answer? Should run for office

Brian,

Thanks for the reply and needed info. I never thought about the extra drag on the engine. Ill set the deck flat level and see how it does and adjust if needed. (Brian O. for Congress)

I appreciate the help!
