price during drought and rosebushes. the office mngr said maybe half price...

For a commercial that is $55per cut and $75 per cut do you charge 50% or less of the per cut price when you don't have to use the zero turn and just use weed eater on edges and spots, then blow clippings off the pavement. For the small hedges I charged $10 per hedge there was at least 7 of them. Also for cleaning up rosebushes this time of year it is 20` by 20` with the bushes taking up half that bcus they are along the edge of the retaining block only so what is a fair price for trimming them and mulching up the clippings or throwing them in the trash bucket or even hauling them to the dump if necessary.

Um, are you asking if you need to charge less if you just trim/ edge and blow everything off and not mow?
If so , I'd say that's up to you and the circumstances. Is it on contract? Is it out of the way from the rest of your route? Do they want you there every week or 2 regardless, just to clean up leaves/trash, parking lot, etc..?
All things to consider.
I don't understand what you are asking about the rosebushes.

The rosebushes are just on the one side of the building in a snaller rocked area.

I heard that some guys charge 40-50% of normal rate if they just have to use the weed eater and blow off the clippings. They don't want a contract bcus I don't know if they ll want me to do it after this snow season bcus ill prolly have my business administration degree in december and my dad wants someone else to do it so I found a company or two that will take care of it after the end of the winter.
