Need opinions quick.

Saturday is my 16th Birthday and my parents are going to buy me a backpack blower for leaf season. I know I either want the BR-600 or the PB 770t. What are your opinions of each? Which one is the best/ more worth the money. Please help me make a decision. Thanks,
Ryan

Nice present.

You're better off using the search feature as there are gonna be guys that like or hate one brand or another.

The most powerful for about the same money is the Redmax 8500 or Husqvarna 580. IMO its better than both you listed. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Both are decent machines, echo and Stihl both make good quality products, i did see the BR-600 blow snow off a driveway once lol, but either way i don't think you can go wrong, and that is a really awesome present

I'll say this about the stihl - it will crank on the first pull. Both are excellent blowers, though, congrats and happy bday!

Neither, get a Shindaiwa 854RT.

I'll never own a stihl backpack blower ever again after buying my 854.

I agree with the 8500 red max if you don't mind the extra weight and noise. There was a time when I would not even entertain the thought of replacing any of my 600 Stihl blowers. Recently though, I haven't had the reliability I have come to expect from my Stihl products, both blowers and trimmers. I haven't run anything Echo in 6 or 8 years, but liked it back in the day. I think the most important consideration is which retailer will give you the best service. If it breaks down, you gotta be able to get it fixed!

The redmax is gonna be out of my price range and the dealer I'm going to doesn't carry it. So out of the br 600 and pb 770t, which one would you go with? Pros and cons? Thanks for the feedback
