Scag V-Ride Turbo Baffle, Fabric Grass Catcher, and Discharge Chute

I am just wondering. I normally follow vendor instructions.
I purchased a turbo baffle and a fabric grass catcher for my 52" velocity plus v-ride

It is a bit of work changing between the discharge chute and the grass catcher, more than I was hoping for.

Can I run the scag without the discharge chute or the grass catcher attached. Is it that dangerous? Can I just run it with the catcher filler & the 'sheild' that attached the fabric catcher to the deck? Scag really made it a PITA IMO.

It doesn't matter. I just like cutting grass ..
