Resorts, campgrounds, mobile parks

How many out there have experience with small resorts, camp grounds and mobile park lots.
I concentrate on "small" property/lot service and was thinking of targeting these type accounts.

My area is full of these opportunities and within a 20 mile start to return service area. Resorts with combination camp lots are many. Mobile home parks are equally abundant, not all trash either.

Thanks for any input.

My guess is you're in the brainerd area? And I've mowed campgrounds before, they take a long time. Better have a picnic table pusher attachment and prepare for a lot of stopping to move a table out of the way and then when you're done with that section you have to put the table back in its spot.

Most have decks on the trailers, cabins or concrete pads. Not much grass in most of them and the "obstructions" not all that bad. Two man crew I think could make efficient work of the deal in 75% of the areas I'm thinking about.
Just not privy to what a fair "lot" charge would be with the resort area + per lot extra.

Been doing them for years. You can do 5-10 lots an hour with 3 guys. We bag everything so not to make a mess. I run 2 21" exmarks and on a very few a 60". If you do good work word of mouth gets around fast. But be prepared for a lot of trimming..
