Service Autopilot

Does anyone out there do strictly fertilizing apps and use service autopilot?
I am looking to make the switch and it seems like a decent choice but there are a few major problems.
1. invoices are very basic-I would have to use preprinted invoices and make my own design to add in all the stuff I want.
2. Renewal statements are non existent. How to get around this? I auto renew all my clients and in qxpress I can make a few clicks of the mouse and print out 2000 renewal statements ready to be mailed.
3. Can I send out bulk estimates. In other words, anyone with an active estimate I would want to print all at once?
any other input (advantages and disavantages) would be appreciated.
Thanks,

We use Service Autopilot and run into problems constantly. And when I'm in the field and run into problems there only way to fix it is by computer which I don't carry one with me.

Meh... service autopilot is just an over hyped piece of software. I hear so many problems about this program.

Wow. Not the answer i was hoping for. I know they had lots of issues after the major release last winter but has it been getting better? Any specific issues? I would love more info.

It's kind of a big commitment to "just try it out". Lots of set up involved.

Yes but you could enter a few and test out. Just play with it. See if you feel it works for you. They use to enter all dat for you when you started up. If you use qb is would be nothing to test out
