exmark price

I am looking at a 2006 exmark mower with 52 inch deck and 27 hp kohler engine with 1540 hrs. I have worked in sports turf for a while but have no clue how to price mowers. there asking 3800 for this mower, is that a fair deal, if not what should I be willing to pay for that mower

Depending on condition the price seems fair.

I've also found a 2009 job Deere f687 with a bad drive pump but in good condition with 500 hrs but he's asking 2000, I have a friend who's a mower mechanic that says he can put new drive pump in for 500. Does that sound like a good deal

The 06 Ex with 1500 plus hours.. Just saying I think I'd keep looking. Winter is coming and mowers are usually plentiful and can get some good deals...
