Sorry u r having so much trouble, check to see if there's enough fuel pressure coming out of the fuel pump by disconnecting it before it gets to the carburetor and crank the engine to see if there's a sturdy flow. If not it can either be the pump or some kind of debris some were along the fuel line like the shut off valve or the bottom of the tank.... Disconnect all if u have too to find out.... Another thing check gas cap if is faulty it can create a vacuum in the tank keeping from getting gas to the carb....

Had a similar problem with my Deere Ztrak 830 early on, and the carb needed cleaning. Haven't had a problem since cleaning the carb and switching to non-ethanol gas. Good luck!

Ok so I have put new plugs, checked the valve clearance, coils, fuel filter, intake manafold gaskets and now under load when it is hot it bogs down and dies unless I disengage the blades and choke it fully.....any ideas

Ignition module is overheating. The choking part doesn't fit in though. Does it ever do it when the engine is not hot?

I had a bike that had the exact same symptoms when the ignition module would overheat. Bike would cool down and start right up. On a v-twin bike they put the ignition right over the top of both cylinders where it is the hottest. Replaced it and never had another problem.

Also make sure fuel tank isn't vapor locking (plugged air vent on fuel cap).

Sounds like fuel delivery. Again, check flow of fuel. And next time it acts up, crack the gas cap open and see if that helps.

My ignition module would go in and out when it was hot (very similar symptoms as running out of gas). The difference was it would go in and out very abruptly (completely stop then come back with full power) whereas when you are running out of fuel the power kinda tapers off.

Does it with the fuel cap off. It flows good into the fuel filter and out the pump......
