Sthil is more common and may be a better fit for your needs. The Echo model is built tough and handle up to Two 4' extensions. With regard to either product the stress and strain from only a few minutes of use is enough to discourage many who would if they could make the investment. My product in conjunction with either line allows the end user to use this type of equipment and restore a degree of confidence for the end user not known before. I personally would never use any of the examples of the power pole saws currently available on the market without using my product in conjunction with their use, especially when it comes to damaged shafts of any model due to dropping or loosing control of the implement.
