Just looking at that makes my head spin. I don't think I could even begin to bid that job.
How much area does that whole site cover?

under 10 acres I spray about 4-5 acres of lawn. My one tank will do 1 acre and takes about 5 tanks and I figure I waste half of tank or so of the overlap and crossing sidewalks in the small tight areas.

Looks flat in the photo but in person there isn't much that is flat

Maybe it's me , but that's some crappy looking grass. Very sparse. I'm not surprised it only takes 4.5 hours.

I have learned to focus on the task at hand instead of constantly trying to set new records, while hustling looks good to our bottom line the customers don't see that, they see only the man who took his time to do it right.

But I know about customers too, all the best intentions, if the customer doesn't want it, means you don't do it.
I mean I can't blame the man who does not want to work for free, can't say I wouldn't rush it if I'm not getting paid enough.

So that right there...
30 hours, to do it right, to where it doesn't look like three years into a drought.
But as I said, it's quite possible the customer doesn't really want that.

Well, they may say they do, might even get really up on a pedestal if the conversation gets going good.
But then, we all know how that usually turns out.

Yep, we sure were...all over the country. Our grass was burnt up and crunchy.

That photo was taken last year when I wasn't doing it Sorry I didn't buy the Google Earth to get updated pics
It pays well I don't rush but I don't stop smell the flowers either
If you think it should take 30 hrs to do the job right. So you saying I have 10.5 hrs I'm doing it wrong Ok!!!
