I purchased one this season and like it. takes a little getting use to especially on small/tight yards. Price is probably about right if it has been well taken care of. There is no hour meter on it but you should be able to tell by the appearance of the machine if it has been abused.

Waw

I like what the seller had to say but i have not seen it as i am in Greensboro.

I have read about drive belts coming off, front wheel/tire issues, and the mulch kit sucks.

Talking to a dealer in Jacksonville NC and he said he would get me new on with catcher for 1,700. Unless I can get the used one for 1,000 i think i'll go new if i stay with the gravely.

I need electric start or i would keep my 350 HR exmark 36" metro love that machine.

I have always used the mulch kit and it works great. The stuff about the front wheels falling off must have been the old models because I haven't had that issue either. No issues with belts either. I did purchase a bagging unit for it but haven't used that yet. I can say that it is tough to use side ways on a hill. Wants to walk downhill and will work you to keep it where you want it. I doubt your dealer can get you out the door for $1700 but if he can, do it and you'll have the warranty.

property

where it will be used is essentially flat. Little trough by the culvert.

I will see if the dealer will do 1700 with mulch kit

thanks for all the advice.
