pavers and natural stone retaining wall filling the gaps

Made a retaining wall from natural stone and put down pavers. there are some spots where there is a sizable gap between the pavers and the wall. Looking for suggestions on what to use to fill in the gaps.

I would consider Gator dust or similar.
With larger pieces in it, it will fill in larger gaps.

You should Scribe another paver the size and shape of the largest gaps and stone dust or poly the remaining gaps,

Its always the easiest way out to finish straight with not cutting but its not so creative. All the other ideas here are great, especially the ground covers like "mother of thyme"
