It's not a motor, it's an engine.
I would have already replaced it with a Briggs 12.5 for around $400

A message from the owners says the rings are leaking and compression is low.

I am confused as to what I have done to make you made. I obviously don't know mowers like I of four wheeler , that is why I am here asking. My post was not meant to be ugly. I thought he might have over looked the E /NO in the title.
