Quickbooks Question

Does anyone know how to add the "30 days 60 days 90 days" to the bottom of the invoice? Im running the newest version of QB. I went into the templates and cant seem to find it.

Thanks.

Usually that only appears on a Statement. If we have open invoices past 30 days on our monthly clients, I will include a statement with the most recent invoice I am mailing. The button to create statements is located below the "Invoices" and "Receive Payments" buttons on the Quickbooks Home Page.

The way I view it, and was taught in business classes, clients are not required to pay what is on a statement- it is only a summary of their account. It is simply a way for you to show them what charges have been billed, and when each individual invoice is due. Rarely do A/R cycles in our industry go past 30 days for regular maintenance, so invoice and statement have become somewhat interchangeable.
