Doing Gravel Driveways

Do any of you guys out there do gravel driveways often? I'm trying to figure out a formula per squarè foot and didn't know if you guys had any suggestions?

I have always found that square footage pricing on anything does not usually work very well. Every job can have many variables that per square foot pricing can not account for. Prep, accessibility, distance to the job site, availability of product, and terrain at the job site just to name a few.
