I think the 7x12 will suit me well. Just went over and worked out the price with the guy. Gonna pick it up in the am.

Krayz- I love your gooseneck dump trailer and found a great deal on a similar one but I know that it would be too big for most of what I do and completely destroy my truck, which is pretty much the same as your Chevy. If I had a dually I'd be all over it.

Those things are cool as hell but wouldnt really suit guys like me who have a mowing trailer and just need the biggest dump trailer they can get. I could see it being great if you run a crew and bag grass all season though.

So I picked her uptoday. Gotta go back tomorrow for the tarp kit because they didnt have the right size. I think the 7x12 will be perfect for my truck and what I'm doin with it. Pulls great. I'm happier than a pig in **** today. And it matches the truck. I'm excited to get to work with it tomorrow.

The 14' would have been nice, but I worked out a good price on this one and the 14 footer would have been over a grand more. I think the 7x12 will be more than enough for my needs. I plan on putting wood boards in the side slots. Eventually I could even go pretty high up with them, but might wait til I get some big tow mirrors, or a truck with tow mirrors to do that. It blocks out a lot of whats behind you, which I'm not really used to with my mowing trailer, but is easy enough to manage. I was looking at a used 14 footer but felt off like I was better off going with this Sure trac for the warrentee and customer support. I've heard a lot of good things about the dealer and had a great experience with them overall.

looks good, I know I love my 7x14 14,000gvw bumper pull brimar hd dump trailer that I put sides on,

today I was doing a retaining wall and needed process, went to the stone yard, with my brother in his 2014 ram 2500 that had 700 miles on it with my dump trailer hooked up to test the truck out, and the guy asked how much process we wanted and I said "I don't know 6.5-7 yards he said that much? I said ya load it up. so he took a decent scoop with his 8 yard bucket and gave me about 7 yards maybe 6.5 and we went up and back on the scale. the truck and trailer was 12,000lbs roughly after we were loaded up were tipped the scales at 25,600! nice solid load to test out both the dump trailers heavy duty factor and my brothers new ram 2500hd with the 6.7 cummins and aisin 6psd auto transmission and exhaust brake it was squatting like my 97 f-350 does with that much weight but it towed it fine and the trailer dumped it fine, but that was a heavy load! slightly over what the trailer was rated for.

Will post more pics when I get a chance. The place I got the trailer for sells them for 7 with all the options. I got a good cash deal on it, but still a little more than your price. Sure trac seems like a great product and the dealer I went to seems like the place to go.

RSK- You got that thing loaded up pretty good! Those old fords are nice. I like the decals you got on the trailer. Did you paint the wheels black due to rust or just to be cool?
