I know the turf tiger has more speed and is the best on hills. But I have heard the exmark ultra cut deck is better than the velocity deck

I think you will find that a Lazer Z X series is VERY good on hills for a ZTR. My X series is pretty fast, I can't see a TT being any faster -- maybe you are referring to a Cheetah?

Ultra cut deck cuts cleaner, except it doesn't like throwing wet grass very well. A Velocity doesn't have the vacuum of a Ultra, but it will throw wet grass better.

From the factory, exmark. They are both excellent machines and would suite your needs very well, not that we know what your needs are....
