stake body- wood vs diamond steel

Trying to figure out the pros and cons of each. Going to purchase a 9 ft rugby box and have to chose between steel and wood. Can anyone insight me ? Thanks

stake body- wood vs diamond steel

Wood is heavier but cheaper. Steel is more expensive but won't rot or rust.

Its only a 200$ charge for the steel, why would anyone go wood?

I guess preference. I would go metal and put por15 on it.
