Take the dump rate, then add about 30 min labor to unload, then 1hr drive time. That would be your marked up dump rate. I have a produce farmer that takes my leaves.

I had the same problem with dumping. had to drive 20 minutes and pay. This year i put an add on craigslist farm and garden. It said wanted, farm land for dumping brush. A guy got back to me and now i pay him 20 dollars for a full trailer load. Its cheaper then the dump and its local, 3 minutes away. Also he takes leaves and grass clippings for free to compost.
