What is "The Classic Gardener" look?

Time for a uniform change & rather than just buy another round of new shirts I want to really work on my branding & go with what older generations perceive as the classic gardener look. Problem is Its just not easily found, thoughts? Hell I'm not even sure what it is.

Don't know what the look would be. One of these years I may get Dark Green pants and button up shirts with some nice ebbroadery, or have some patches made up and sewn on.
