bobcat problem

I am looking at buying a bobcat skid steer or track loader it needs to be able to pick up a pallet of sod up with no prblems and harley rake and move heavy debris such a sections of logs and limbs and also grading AND RUN A BRUSH MOWER WHAT KIND SHOULD I BUY PLEASE REPLY

If running attachments, you need to get one with a suitably high flow rate.
