Bidding on a hotel (holiday Inn)

Has anyone had experience, bidding on a hotel? how was it?

The one by where I live is looking for a company next year for

- weekly mowing
- 2 clean up jobs one in spring / fall
- watering of plants
- snow plowing

typical average size hotel...

What are you guys thoughts?

I am new just about to finish my first season, and I am still in college.

Just looking for some advice, thanks...

Curious about something and ill use the opportunity to bump this for the OP. When you are bidding something like this that includes snow plowing, are expected to be there from start to finish of a snow storm or just make it a stop on your list? I mean if you are expected to pretty much baby sit the lot with a plow then how the hell are you still able to service residential clients that need snow removed? You would have to employ someone for that account alone... im assuming.
