Service or Quality of Product.
Let me pose this question:
When purchasing equipment, what is your tipping point that causes you to lean towards one product over another?
For instance, if you where looking to buy a new mower and you looked at all the reviews, talked to people that owned the mowers, and then you came to the conclusion that one mower was a little better product than the other. Then you visit the dealer and the one dealer, with the less superior mower (mower is still a good quality mower and will get the job done just fine), has a great customer service reputation. They always try to provide a loaner mower, their repair turn around is very quick, and they always go above and beyond to keep the customer happy. Now, you visit the other dealer, the one with a better quality mower. This dealer has a better product but their reputation for customer service after the sale is not that great. They very rarely offer a loaner, their repair turnaround is very slow, and they do not got out of their way after the sale to make the customer happy. Which mower do you buy and why?
