Contracts and getting sued

Hey guys this spring I want to start up my small company I was wondering how many people have written contracts with the customers and for those that do what do you include in them ? Also how many of you have been sued for some reason ( accidentally run over something with lawn mower , apply to much fert and burn the lawn ,etc) and how can you prevent it from happening obliviously attention to detail but sometimes accident happen do you guys add some clause in your contracts ?

HAHAHAHA jk man. Honestly I think this is where people on this forum for the most part know little about. The ones that do know don't speak of it. :-/
