kubota zd326 scalping wheel issue

pretty sure my rear scalping wheel adjustment on my deck are frozen in place but figured id post before i beat the hell out of it to get it loose. took the pins out expecting them to drop like my fronts do to adjust and they are just stuck tried tapping them some and got no where. I got it used and didnt get it with the manual of course to just see if im doing anything wrong so figured this is next best option is to post and see if its me or they are in fact froze up.
