You really have to know your costs before setting pricing.
Also you are not going to blanket pricing for all accounts as you have. If you have a postage stamp of a property would you perform same service for a property three times it's size for the same price.
Really think about it before you set this loose.
Good luck.

All prices are based on an average city lot, the average lot in the city is 7200 square feet. Minus house, garden and garage sidewalks ect I think the aerated area will average 3000 - 3200 square feet

I do not like price lists. If a customer has a $30 mow and your sheet of paper say's $40 you just lost him. Then the guy with the $50 mow will insist on only paying $40.

Also you are selling your service by the price which attracts the cheapasses.

Better selling by your professionalism and quality of work. These customers pay better and stay with you longer.

Power rake rip off of customer.

Aeration price is way low. Rental fee for a core aerator will eat up too much of the gross for that job.

Aeration is too low and so is power raking and clean up.

Average lawn size is 55' x 55'? I don't think I'd pay someone $40 to mow if that was the size of my lawn.

All of his prices are off . Determine your cost to operate per hour then base it off of that figure . Sell quality.

I wouldn't charge over $2.50 per 1000 sq.ft. of lot size for mowing services $ 9.50 per 1000 sq.ft for aerating plus rental fees after my minimum fees are met.
