replacing Kawasaki Engine with

I'm wanting to replace my old fh580v-cs23 with a new FS541V-AS16 Seems to be the only engine with a decent price? If there is a better option I would appreciate speaking up... Old engine is a 19hp new is 18hp Its going on a Wright Stander RH 48 Electric Start. Is the FS a true commercial engine?

The engine I listed is $975. All the other engines I found were 1200+

The link below says its 18hp and so does the sticker on the cover. However, the Kawasaki link above says 15hp???

Hmmm.......

I did some dig'n......

http://www.russopower.com/products/k...s-engine-15hp/

http://www.kawasakipartstore.com/pag...itDetail/75743

http://tewarehouse.com/FS541V-S00

Then I found these;

http://www.propartsdirect.net/pages/...roduct/1816821

http://www.arlingtonpower.com/pages/...Product/16238#

That last pic looks familiar huh ?

Here's a different OEM Kawi site;

http://kawpower.com/engines/fs

Now...... If a FS481V is 14.5 HP would Kawi jump all the way to 18 hp with the FS541V ?

The FR541V is also listed as 15 hp and the FR600V at 18 hp with the FS600V at 18.5 hp......

I'm not sure whats go'n on with this but the best thing to do is contact Kawasaki and find out straight from the horse's mouth......
