size of work area

Im looking into commercial property rental for my landscape business. We were thinking of doing some firewood(around 50 cord per year) to keep a few good employees over winter. I found an industrial yard that rents out space in 10x50 increments@ $150 per. Im thinking of starting with 30x50 for the wood pile. Is that enough area to fit the 50 cord and area required to do the work? My plan was to add increments as the firewood side of business grows. Thanks for any input!

How's security there? Wood tends to walk away when you turn your back.

Its in a gated industrial yard. Im sure some will walk off. Maybe keep the area, and use for portable sawmill. Least that way no one steals logs!
