Personally I'd keep looking. The tracks are beat, even appears to be a tear forming near the engine compartment No Cab, No Aux. Lights (gonna need them if you are working at night).

New tracks $3800
Cab Install $1300
Lights - $250

You'll have about $5000 into the machine before it is set up for what you want/need it to do.

I have seen most of the machines you've posted in the past 6 or so months and they all look like they have had hard lives. Keep searching. Spend a little extra money and get a rig that is going to hold up. If you get a call for a pile of sandbags and the machine needs to be pushed for 10-12 hours you need it to hold up because if you break down and can't come through. Someone else will.

how can y'all tell the tracks are beat they look fine to me? MTL tracks can be run for a long time they don't shred themselves to pieces like ctl tracks... no metal to pop out.

just the condition usually you cab see the divet where the idler wheels run ive ripped countless amounts of cogs off on the tracks when they start to go. you can actually delaminate the track from its serif and loose sections of the top of the tracks

If the only problem is tracks i don't see how you can go wrong. Lights cab etc you can add as funds permit.

Right now is buyers season. You don't want to me looking in the spring

Are you good with a Radial lift machine? This isnt a horizontal lift so it wont lift as high when loading material. Other than that 8k is a great deal for any track loader.
