New Start-up Chemical Company

Hi all,

I'm starting a new turf chemical business in Wichita, Ks. with a focus on overall soil health.
I would love any advice\tips on business operation and planning.

I'll be using a 200g Lesco rig for my turf chems and a Permagreen ferilizer spreader as well as a 50g Lesco rig for non-selective work. My business model will focus on both outside sales and subcontracting to companies who don't have a chemical department but would like to offer services.

Looking forward to spending a lot of time here.
