Commercial Bidding

Hey guys I'm bidding on a neighborhood that consist of villas. Each property is roughly 5-6,000 sq. ft. and there are 93 individual homes. In the bid I need to have prepared prices for trimming hedges, general maintenance of landscape beds, and price for mowing. Any suggestions on how to bid something of this size and caliber? Should I base it off of square footage of the neighborhood, or per villa, any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

I would pick about 15 random villas and look them over very closely. Then come up with a very good bid for each. After I was happy with all 15 estimates I would add them up and divide them by 15. This would give you an idea of what each is worth as an average. You may come up a little low on some villas but you will make it up on others.
